**Foot Enforcer** is an aggressive, low-cost Ninja-style creature that fits best in a fast, low-curve aggro deck—particularly one that wants to apply early pressure and push damage through limited blockers, such as a mono-black aggro or Ninja-tribal strategy. Since it can’t block and can’t be blocked by more than one creature, it’s designed purely for offense, making it most useful in decks that don’t care about defending and instead aim to win quickly.
