About Demonic Appetite
Demonic Appetite, Enchantment — aura, designed by Igor Kieryluk first released in May, 2020 in the set Rise of the Eldrazi.
This card, Demonic Appetite, would benefit a deck that focuses on sacrificing creatures for value, such as a Black sacrifice deck in Magic: The Gathering. While it provides a significant power boost to the enchanted creature, the downside of having to sacrifice a creature each upkeep can be mitigated by decks that have ways to generate tokens or benefit from sacrificing creatures, like synergies with cards that trigger effects upon creature death. However, there are better cards like Rancor or Ethereal Armor that provide similar power boosts without the drawback of sacrificing creatures, making them more efficient choices for competitive play.
