About Collective Inferno

Collective Inferno, Enchantment, designed by YUE first released in Jan, 2026 in the set Lorwyn Eclipsed and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.

Collective Inferno would fit best in a creature-dense tribal aggro deck—especially one built around aggressive, damage-focused creature types like Goblins, Dragons, Elementals, or even Warriors—because it rewards going wide and consistently dealing combat or burn-based damage from creatures of a chosen type, and convoke helps cast it efficiently in token-heavy builds. Goblins in particular would benefit, as they flood the board and often include direct-damage sources (like Goblin Sharpshooter–style effects), making the damage doubling especially lethal. However, compared to existing options, **Gratuitous Violence** (which doubles damage from all your creatures without tribal restriction) and especially **Fiery Emancipation** (which triples all damage you deal) are generally stronger and more flexible, though they cost more mana and lack convoke; **Shared Animosity** may also outperform this in go-wide tribal decks by ending games immediately through combat scaling rather than requiring
