About Banshee
Banshee, Creature — spirit, designed by Jesper Myrfors first released in Aug, 1994 in the set The Dark and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
This Banshee card could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on life gain or life manipulation strategies, as the damage dealt to you can potentially trigger certain effects. However, there are likely better options available, such as cards that deal damage without the drawback of hurting yourself, like Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord or Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord. Overall, Banshee may not see much play in competitive decks due to its self-damaging effect, unless in a very specific deck built around exploiting that drawback.
Rules
