Aspect of Hydra, Instant, designed by Mark Winters first released in Feb, 2014 in the set Born of the Gods and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Aspect of Hydra is a powerful card that would benefit a mono-green devotion deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it scales in strength based on the number of green mana symbols in play. However, it may not be the most optimal choice compared to cards like Vines of Vastwood or Rancor, which provide similar effects with additional benefits. While Aspect of Hydra can be a solid inclusion in a devotion deck, it may not be a top-tier choice for competitive play.

The value of X is calculated as Aspect of Hydra resolves. The bonus won’t change later in the turn, even if your devotion to green does.
