About All Is Dust
All Is Dust, Kindred sorcery — eldrazi, designed by Vincent Proce first released in May, 2020 in the set Grand Prix Promos and was printed exactly in 8 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's a key card in 1 combos.
A colorless Eldrazi tribal deck would benefit the most from using All Is Dust in Magic: the Gathering, as it can clear the board of colored permanents while leaving your colorless creatures unharmed. However, there are better options like Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, which not only clears the board but also sticks around as a powerful planeswalker. All Is Dust could still see play in specific metagames where colored permanents are prevalent, but overall, it may not be the most optimal choice for every deck.
Rules
07/01/13
All Is Dust doesn’t destroy permanents. Rather, it causes them to be sacrificed. Regeneration, totem armor, and indestructible can’t save permanents from All Is Dust.
06/15/10
A colored permanent is a permanent with at least one colored mana symbol in its mana cost. Note that effects may cause a colored permanent to become colorless (as Moonlace could), or a colorless permanent to become colored (as Crimson Wisps could).
06/15/10
Lands have no mana cost, so they are colorless unless an effect states otherwise.
