Alarum would be beneficial in a white weenie or aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, where untapping a creature to give it a power and toughness boost can help push through extra damage or defend against threats. However, there are better options like Brave the Elements or Gods Willing that offer protection or evasion for your creatures, making them more versatile and impactful in a wider range of situations. While Alarum could be situationally useful, it may not be a top choice for competitive play unless the specific strategy of the deck requires its unique effect.
