About Aggressive Mining
Aggressive Mining, Enchantment, designed by Franz Vohwinkel first released in Jul, 2014 in the set Magic 2015 and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on card advantage and has ways to generate mana without relying on playing lands would benefit from using Aggressive Mining. Decks that can quickly generate mana through alternative means like mana dorks, rituals, or artifact ramp could potentially take advantage of the card draw ability while circumventing the restriction on playing lands. However, there are likely better options for card draw in red that don't come with the drawback of restricting land plays, such as Light Up the Stage or Outpost Siege, making Aggressive Mining a less optimal choice for most decks and unlikely to see play in competitive settings.
