This card, Zhuge Jin, Wu Strategist, would benefit decks that focus on aggressive strategies and want to push through damage by making their creatures unblockable. While it can be a useful tool in certain situations, there are better cards like Thassa, God of the Sea, which provides a similar effect but also offers additional benefits such as scrying and making a creature unblockable indefinitely. Overall, Zhuge Jin may not see widespread play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its limited scope of abilities compared to more versatile options available.
