Touch of Brilliance, Sorcery, designed by John Coulthart first released in May, 2020 in the set Portal and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Touch of Brilliance would be beneficial in a blue control deck focusing on drawing cards and maintaining card advantage. While it offers a decent effect of drawing two cards for 3 mana, there are potentially stronger options like Ancestral Recall, which is more efficient at drawing cards. Despite this, Touch of Brilliance could still see play in slower, more grindy blue decks that need extra card draw.
