A deck that focuses on controlling the board and disrupting your opponents' strategies would benefit from using Tempted by the Oriq. While it can be a powerful card in certain situations, decks that can consistently generate a lot of mana and have ways to protect the stolen creatures or planeswalkers would make the most of its potential. However, there are arguably better options available, such as Control Magic or Treachery, which offer more flexibility and immediate value without the need for specific conditions to be met. Overall, while Tempted by the Oriq has its niche uses, it may not be a top choice for competitive play in most scenarios.
