About Stirring Address
Stirring Address, Instant, designed by Volkan Baǵa first released in Jun, 2019 in the set Modern Horizons and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
The Stirring Address card would be beneficial in a white weenie or aggro deck that focuses on buffing up creatures for quick, aggressive attacks. However, there are better options available such as Glorious Anthem or Honor of the Pure which provide a more permanent boost to all creatures rather than just one. While Stirring Address may see situational play in specific strategies, it may not be a staple card in most competitive decks.
