The Royal Falcon card would benefit a white weenie or aggressive flying deck, as it provides a cheap flying creature that can deal damage quickly. However, there are better options like Serra Angel or Serra Avenger that offer more power and resilience. Royal Falcon may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited impact compared to other flying creatures available in Magic: the Gathering.
