Ring of Renewal, Artifact, designed by Douglas Shuler first released in Nov, 1994 in the set Fallen Empires and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
A deck that focuses on card advantage and has ways to easily refill its hand would benefit from using Ring of Renewal, as it provides a way to cycle through cards quickly. However, there are better options available such as cards that allow you to draw without having to discard first, like Rhystic Study or Mystic Remora. While Ring of Renewal can be situationally useful, it may not be the most efficient choice for competitive play due to its random discard requirement.
