A deck that focuses on graveyard recursion, such as a Golgari or Sultai midrange deck, would benefit from using Recollect. However, there are better options like Regrowth or Eternal Witness that offer more versatility or value for the same cost, making Recollect less likely to see play in competitive decks unless there is a specific synergy or strategy that requires its unique effect.
