About Mephitic Ooze
Mephitic Ooze, Creature — ooze, designed by Alex Horley-Orlandelli first released in Feb, 2004 in the set Darksteel.
Mephitic Ooze would be a great addition to an artifact-heavy deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it can become quite powerful with multiple artifacts on the battlefield and has the ability to destroy creatures upon dealing combat damage. However, there are potentially better options like Shriekmaw or Noxious Gearhulk that offer more immediate value or versatility, so Mephitic Ooze may not see as much play in competitive decks but could still be a fun and thematic choice for casual artifact-focused strategies.
