This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and card advantage, such as a reanimator or control deck. While Lackey Recycler provides a way to consistently bring back creatures from the graveyard, there are more efficient options available like Eternal Witness or Regrowth which directly return cards to your hand. Lackey Recycler could see play in more casual or thematic decks, but competitive decks would likely opt for more powerful and versatile options.
