Implement of Malice, Artifact, designed by Titus Lunter first released in Jan, 2017 in the set Aether Revolt and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Implement of Malice can be beneficial in a control or discard-focused deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing a repeatable way to make opponents discard cards while also replacing itself when it goes to the graveyard. However, there are more efficient options available, such as Liliana of the Veil or Thoughtseize, which offer more impactful discard effects. Implement of Malice could see play in budget decks or as a filler card until better options are obtained, but may not be a top choice in more competitive decks.

An Implement’s last ability triggers no matter why it’s put into a graveyard from the battlefield. You don’t have to activate its first ability.
