Goblin Army Token cannot be put into a deck or cast—tokens have no mana cost and exist only when created by another card—so it should not “see play” on its own; decks that benefit from creating Goblin tokens are Goblin tribal decks, go-wide aggro decks using anthem effects such as Goblin Chieftain or Shared Animosity, and sacrifice/aristocrats strategies that use bodies for effects such as Skullclamp or Goblin Bombardment. Whether it is worth using depends entirely on the card that produces it, but repeatable and efficient Goblin-makers such as Krenko, Mob Boss, Mogg War Marshal, Dragon Fodder, and Krenko’s Command are generally stronger than one-shot or overpriced token production.
