A deck that focuses on aggressive, creature-heavy strategies would benefit from including Aerathi Berserker, as it can quickly become a powerful threat when blocked by multiple creatures. However, due to its high mana cost and vulnerability to removal spells, there may be better options available such as Embercleave, which provides a more immediate impact and can be more versatile in various situations. While Aerathi Berserker can be a strong addition in the right deck, it may not see as much play compared to other more efficient cards in the current metagame.
