A deck that focuses on aggressive black creatures, such as vampires or zombies, would benefit from Nocturnal Raid as it can provide a significant boost to their power for a final push to end the game. However, there are better cards with similar effects like Shared Animosity or Door of Destinies that offer more consistent and impactful boosts to creature power. Nocturnal Raid may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited effect and higher mana cost compared to other options.
