About Manic Vandal
Manic Vandal, Creature — human warrior, designed by Christopher Moeller first released in Jul, 2010 in the set Magic 2011 and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Manic Vandal, would be a great addition to a red aggressive deck looking to disrupt opponents relying on artifacts for their strategy. While Manic Vandal is a solid choice for artifact removal, a more versatile option could be Ancient Grudge, which can destroy multiple artifacts for the same cost. However, if your deck is focused on aggressive plays and needs a creature that can also disrupt artifact strategies, Manic Vandal is a strong choice and should definitely see play in the right deck.
Rules
