About Iroas's Blessing
Iroas's Blessing, Enchantment — aura, designed by Victor Adame Minguez first released in May, 2020 in the set Theros Beyond Death.
This card, Iroas's Blessing, would benefit aggressive red decks looking to enhance their creatures while also dealing damage to opposing threats upon entering the battlefield. While it provides a slight boost in power and toughness to the enchanted creature, there are potentially better options for similar effects such as Madcap Skills or Rancor, which offer more consistent and impactful benefits. However, Iroas's Blessing could see play in specific decks focused on aggressive strategies that can take advantage of its damage-dealing ability and creature enhancement.
Rules
01/24/20
If the creature Iroas’s Blessing would enchant is an illegal target by the time the Aura spell resolves, the entire spell doesn’t resolve. It won’t enter the battlefield, so its ability won’t trigger.
