About Foundry Champion
Foundry Champion, Creature — elemental soldier, designed by James Ryman first released in May, 2020 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
Foundry Champion would be a great fit in a token-based deck that focuses on generating a large number of creatures to maximize its enter-the-battlefield ability. It could also work well in a Boros aggro deck that can take advantage of its ability to deal damage upon entering the battlefield. However, there may be better options out there such as Hero of Bladehold or Assemble the Legion, which provide more consistent value in token strategies. Overall, Foundry Champion could see play in specific token or aggro decks, but there are potentially better cards to consider depending on the deck's strategy and synergy.
