A control or stax deck that aims to slow down aggressive green creature strategies would benefit from using Flooded Woodlands in Magic: the Gathering. It can work well in decks that focus on resource denial and disruption. However, there are potentially better cards for achieving a similar effect, such as Propaganda or Ghostly Prison, which do not require colored mana. As such, Flooded Woodlands may not see play in competitive constructed formats but could have some niche applications in casual or themed decks.
