Decks that aim to stall the game and outlast their opponents would find value in this card. However, for more efficient board control and life gain, a card like Damnation or Cleansing Nova might be better options. Whether Death Frenzy should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, as well as the current metagame.
