About Bottled Cloister

Bottled Cloister, Artifact, designed by Luca Zontini first released in Oct, 2005 in the set Ravnica: City of Guilds and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.

This card, Bottled Cloister, would benefit control decks that aim to disrupt their opponent's strategy by denying them information about the cards in your hand. While it can provide card advantage by allowing you to draw an extra card each turn, it may be too slow for competitive play due to its high mana cost and the potential downside of not being able to cast spells from your hand when you need to. Other cards like Narset, Parter of Veils or Teferi, Time Raveler may offer similar disruptive effects with additional benefits, making them potentially better choices for certain deck strategies.

Rules

02/01/06

Errata’d to make it clear that only the cards you own go into your hand, so if you somehow gain control of the Cloister, your opponent’s cards won’t go to your hand.
