Wistful Selkie would be a great addition to a Simic (Green/Blue) deck focused on card draw and tempo. Its ability to draw a card upon entering the battlefield provides immediate value, helping to maintain card advantage and keep the deck's momentum going. While there may be more powerful card draw options available, such as Tatyova, Benthic Druid or Edric, Spymaster of Trest, Wistful Selkie's mana cost and simplicity make it a solid choice for decks looking to consistently draw cards and maintain board presence. Overall, Wistful Selkie could definitely see play in the right deck, especially one that values card advantage and incremental advantage.
