Transforming Sphere could be effectively utilized in a control or stall deck that focuses on manipulating the field and maintaining board presence. Decks that incorporate cards that can easily discard or generate card advantage, such as Dark World or Lightsworn, would benefit from its effect, as they can quickly cycle through cards while gaining ATK from opponents' monsters. However, cards like Mind Control or Snatch Steal offer more immediate control over opponents' monsters without the downside of returning them, making them generally more effective.
