Tormented Angel, Creature — angel, designed by Greg Hildebrandt & Tim Hildebrandt first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Destiny and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
The Tormented Angel card would be beneficial in a white-based control or midrange deck that focuses on flying creatures and evasion. However, there are stronger angel cards available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Baneslayer Angel or Lyra Dawnbringer, which offer more powerful abilities and stats for a similar cost. While Tormented Angel could see play in casual or budget decks, it may not be a top choice for competitive play due to its relatively limited impact compared to other angel options.
