Rain of Blades would be beneficial in a white aggressive deck that aims to control the board by punishing attacking creatures. However, there are better options like Settle the Wreckage, which exiles attacking creatures instead of dealing damage, providing a more impactful board wipe effect. While Rain of Blades can be situationally useful, it may not see as much play compared to more versatile board wipe options in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
