About Prideful Parent
Prideful Parent, Creature — cat, designed by Leonardo Santanna first released in Aug, 2024 in the set Foundations.
The Prideful Parent card would be a great addition to a white weenie or token-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides value by creating a 1/1 white Cat creature token upon entering the battlefield. Its vigilance ability also allows it to attack without tapping, providing versatility in combat. While there may be better cards with similar effects, such as Raise the Alarm or Spectral Procession, Prideful Parent could still see play in decks looking to generate a wide board presence quickly.
