About Meandering Towershell

Meandering Towershell, Creature — turtle, designed by YW Tang first released in Sep, 2014 in the set Khans of Tarkir and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.

This card could be beneficial in a deck focused on tempo and disruption, as it can repeatedly attack and return to the battlefield, creating a recurring threat that opponents have to deal with. However, there are likely better options for similar effects in competitive play, such as cards with more immediate impact or stronger abilities. Overall, while Meandering Towershell has a unique ability, it may not see much play in highly optimized decks.

Rules

09/20/14

As Meandering Towershell returns to the battlefield because of the delayed triggered ability, you choose which opponent or opposing planeswalker it’s attacking. It doesn’t have to attack the same opponent or opposing planeswalker that it was when it was exiled.

09/20/14

On the turn Meandering Towershell attacks and is exiled, raid abilities will see it as a creature that attacked. Conversely, on the turn Meandering Towershell enters the battlefield attacking, raid abilities will not.
