About Izzet Locket
Izzet Locket, Artifact, designed by Dmitry Burmak first released in May, 2020 in the set Guilds of Ravnica and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
The Izzet Locket would be beneficial in a control or tempo deck that relies on card advantage and mana fixing. While it provides a consistent source of both blue and red mana, there are better options available such as the Izzet Signet or Mind Stone, which offer similar benefits with lower mana costs and more immediate impact.
