About Invading Manticore

Invading Manticore, Creature — zombie manticore, designed by Jehan Choo first released in Apr, 2019 in the set War of the Spark.

This card would benefit a red aggressive deck looking to build a Zombie tribal theme. It provides a solid body with potential for a quick board presence and can synergize well with other Zombie-related cards. However, for a more competitive deck, there are better options available such as Liliana, Untouched by Death, which offers more consistent Zombie support and card advantage. Army is a new creature type. It’s possible to control a nontoken Army (perhaps a creature with the changeling ability) and, through combinations of other cards, it’s possible to control multiple Army tokens.
