About Dragon's Claw
Dragon's Claw, Artifact, designed by Alan Pollack first released in Feb, 2004 in the set Darksteel and was printed exactly in 10 different ways.
A deck that focuses on red spells and gaining life would benefit from using Dragon's Claw, such as a burn or control deck that includes a lot of red spells. While Dragon's Claw can provide incremental life gain, there are better options like Fire Diamond or Sun Droplet that offer more versatile or impactful effects, so it may not see much play in competitive decks unless the meta heavily favors red spell strategies.
