About Battering Sliver
Battering Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Greg Staples first released in Feb, 2007 in the set Planar Chaos and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Alchemy.
A deck centered around Sliver tribal synergies would greatly benefit from including Battering Sliver, as it provides all Sliver creatures with trample, making them significantly more threatening and difficult to block. However, there are other powerful Sliver creatures with more impactful abilities, such as Sliver Legion, which buffs all Sliver creatures' power and toughness, making it a more potent choice for a Sliver deck. While Battering Sliver can still be a useful inclusion, it may not be as crucial as other key Sliver cards in the deck.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
