About Arterial Flow
Arterial Flow, Sorcery, designed by Josh Hass first released in May, 2020 in the set Rivals of Ixalan.
This card, Arterial Flow, would be beneficial in a Vampire tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides both discard and life gain synergies. However, for a more competitive edge, cards like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek might be better choices for hand disruption, while Vampire Nocturnus could offer a stronger payoff for a Vampire-focused strategy. Overall, Arterial Flow could see play in a casual Vampire-themed deck, but for more competitive environments, there are likely better options available.
Rules

Whether you control a Vampire is checked as Arterial Flow resolves.
