This card, Vryn Wingmare, would be beneficial in a White Weenie or Hatebears deck that aims to disrupt opponents' noncreature spells while maintaining a strong board presence with efficient creatures. While Vryn Wingmare is a solid choice for such strategies, there are potentially better options like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, which has a similar effect but also taxes all noncreature spells, making it more impactful. Whether Vryn Wingmare should see play depends on the specific deck and its overall strategy, but it can definitely be a valuable addition in the right build.
