About Uba Mask

A control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's card advantage and limit their resources would benefit from using Uba Mask. However, there are better options like Narset, Parter of Veils or Teferi's Puzzle Box that provide similar effects with additional advantages. Uba Mask could see play in specific metagames where its unique ability is particularly effective, but in general, it may not be the optimal choice for most decks.
