A deck that focuses on politics and manipulating opponents' decisions would benefit from including Tyrant's Choice, as it adds an element of unpredictability and forces opponents to make tough choices. If death gets more votes, each opponent chooses and sacrifices a creature they control. None of these creatures are targeted. An opponent could sacrifice a creature with protection from black, for example.
