Norwood Archers would be a valuable addition to a green-based midrange or control deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing a solid defensive option against flying creatures. However, there are more efficient options available such as Thornweald Archer which has reach and deathtouch. While Norwood Archers may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in casual or budget decks looking for a reliable blocker against flying threats.
