Hex Magic is best suited for aggressive red decks—especially burn, prowess, or “spells-matter” strategies—that want to convert a low-value or nearly empty hand into fresh gas while not permanently losing access to exiled cards, making it strongest when you can immediately replay cheap spells from exile over this and your next turn.
