Foot Ninjas would fit best in an Orzhov (white/black) tempo or aggressive midrange deck that attacks early with cheap, evasive creatures and can afford to bounce an unblocked attacker for value—especially creatures with strong enter-the-battlefield effects that you’d like to reuse. The Sneak cost makes it function similarly to ninjutsu, rewarding go-wide pressure and combat tricks, while the 3 life on entry helps stabilize against aggro, making it decent in grindy creature mirrors. However, compared to real Ninjutsu threats like **Fallen Shinobi** or efficient Orzhov staples like **Siege Rhino**, **Skyclave Apparition**, or **Elite Spellbinder**, this card is likely underpowered unless its stats are above rate, because paying effectively five mana (or tempo + a bounced creature) for modest life gain is not very impactful in competitive formats.
