About Edgar Markov
Edgar Markov, Legendary creature — vampire knight, designed by Volkan Baǵa first released in Nov, 2016 in the set Treasure Chest and was printed exactly in 8 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's a key card in 2 combos.
This card would be a great fit for a Vampire tribal deck in Magic: The Gathering, as it provides a constant stream of token creatures and buffs all your Vampires when it attacks. While Edgar Markov is a strong choice for such a deck, some players may prefer other Legendary creatures like Olivia Voldaren or Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord for their unique abilities and synergy with the tribal theme. Overall, Edgar Markov is a solid choice and definitely worth considering for a Vampire-themed deck.
Rules
08/25/17
Edgar Markov’s last ability puts a +1/+1 counter on each Vampire you control, including itself and Vampires you control that aren’t attacking.

Notably, if your commander is on the battlefield and its eminence ability triggers, but it’s put into the command zone before that ability resolves, that ability won’t do anything as it resolves. This is because an object that changes zones is considered a new object.
