About Stonehewer Giant
Stonehewer Giant, Creature — giant warrior, designed by Steve Prescott first released in May, 2020 in the set Morningtide and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It's a key card in 1 combos.
Stonehewer Giant would be a valuable addition to a white-based Equipment deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing a consistent way to tutor for and attach powerful Equipment cards to your creatures. While it may not be the most efficient option in terms of cost, its ability to search for Equipment cards can be a game-changer in the right deck. Other cards like Stoneforge Mystic offer similar abilities at a lower cost, but Stonehewer Giant could still see play in decks looking for redundancy and additional tutor effects.
Rules
08/07/20
Stonehewer Giant’s ability doesn’t target a creature. However, the creature must be able to be legally equipped by the Equipment. For example, you could attach the Equipment to a creature with shroud, but not to one with protection from artifacts.
