This card, Sigil of the New Dawn, would be beneficial in a white-based deck that focuses on recurring creatures from the graveyard. Decks that rely on sacrificing creatures for value or have a strategy centered around graveyard recursion would find this card particularly useful. While there may be more efficient options for graveyard recursion, such as Sun Titan or Karmic Guide, Sigil of the New Dawn could still see play in certain decks that can take advantage of its unique ability to return creatures to hand at a relatively low cost.
