This card, Shivan Harvest, would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck looking to disrupt the opponent's mana base by destroying their nonbasic lands. However, there are more efficient land destruction cards available, such as Molten Rain or Stone Rain, which can target any land without the need to sacrifice a creature. While Shivan Harvest can be situationally useful, it may not be the optimal choice for competitive play due to its limitations and higher cost.
