A deck that focuses on aggressive red strategies with a low curve and wants to maintain card advantage while ramping could benefit from using Seize the Spoils. However, there are better cards like Light Up the Stage or Faithless Looting that provide similar effects more efficiently. Seize the Spoils may not see much play in competitive decks due to the existence of more powerful options.
