Sacred Rites could be beneficial in a White Weenie or Token deck, where discarding cards is not a significant drawback and boosting the toughness of multiple creatures can help in combat or to protect against damage-based removal spells. However, a better alternative might be Shelter, which not only provides a similar effect of boosting toughness but also grants protection from a color, offering more versatility and protection. Overall, Sacred Rites could see situational play in specific deck archetypes but might be overshadowed by more versatile options in most cases.
